Ordering comics, games, toys and more is easy at Comics Plus because we can ship all over the world.
Shipping costs depend on the method chosen, the size/weight of the item and the destination of the order. We offer two methods of shipping for our customers: USPS and UPS. All orders include tracking and insurance. Please read on for further details.
USPS (United States Postal Service)
USPS Parcel Post
Best economy value for sending small and large gifts and general merchandise. USPS will deliver to every U.S. address, including PO boxes and military addresses. There is Saturday and residential delivery at no additional charge. After your order leaves our store, it should arrive at your destination within 2-9 business days.
USPS Priority Mail
This two-to-three-day service delivers to mailboxes, mail slots and P.O. Boxes. There is Saturday delivery and residential delivery at no extra cost. Contents of the box must reasonably fit within the Priority Mail packaging, and weigh less than 70 pounds. After your order leaves our store, it should arrive at your destination within 1-3 business days.
USPS International Mail
- Priority Mail Service is a fast, reliable, affordable and economical means of sending correspondence and merchandise to over 190 countries. Prices are based on weight and destination, starting at $9.95. The weight limit for the flat-rate envelope is 4 pounds. The weight limit for flat-rate boxes is 20 pounds.
- Express Mail Service provides fast, reliable service to over 190 countries with date-certain service and money-back guarantee for packages sent to select countries: Japan, Hong Kong, China, Republic of South Korea, and Australia. Prices based on weight and destination, starting at $23.95. Weight limit is not to exceed 70 pounds.
UPS (United Parcel Service)
UPS Ground Domestic
For orders shipping within the United States, this is the cheapest shipping method that UPS offers. After your order leaves our store, it should arrive at your destination within 2-4 business days. .
For orders shipping outside the United States, your order will ship via UPS Worldwide Express. IMPORTANT: Please be aware that UPS Worldwide Express can be a fairly expensive. After your order leaves our store, it should arrive in your country within 2-5 business days; it will then need to go through your country's customs office before it is released to you.

If your order is damaged in transit, has a manufacturer defect, or if an incorrect item is shipped to you, please contact us for replacement details within 48 hours of receipt. If the order was damaged, please keep the shipping box! We may need it to file an insurance claim on the item.
Due to the fact that certain items can be read for entertainment, we are unable accept returns on art books, comics, magazines, single cards or trade paperbacks. We do take consideration for the following exceptions:
- Apparel - may not be worn or washed.
- Pre-sealed or Shrink-wrapped items - must be unopened or factory sealed.
- Toys, collectibles or models - must be unopened and in new condition.
You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Product must be in the same new condition it was when you received it and be in the original product packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our shipping error. Please note that you may be charged a 10% re-stocking fee for any returned merchandise.
IMPORTANT! All Pre-Ordered sales are final and cannot be canceled or returned. When you pre-order an item, you are authorizing Comics Plus to special order an item for you and charge your credit card when it arrives in stock. So, when you place a pre-order you are committing to purchasing that item, shop with care and consideration.
You must contact us prior to sending a return back. Please contact us by calling 1-435-673-3229 or use our contact form. Let us know if you would like an exchange, refund or replacement towards the merchandise. A customer service staff will contact you via email or phone once we have received and processed the returned item.
